Cristian Ravariu received the B.S.(’93), PhD (’01), PostDoc (2012) degrees at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania in the domain of Nano-Bio-Electronics. Between ’93-’99 he activated as researcher at the Institute of Microtechnology Bucharest.
Since 2013, he is Full Professor at Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Electronic Device and Circuits Department, having 7 PhD Students in coordination. His research items are: biomimetics, biosensors, EnFET (Enzyme-Field Effect Transistor), ultimate CMOS, nano-electronics. He is co-inventor in other patents about biomolecules recognition. He has published more than 200 articles in international journals, conferences and book chapters. An updated list of his papers is on Research-Gate platform. He became IEEE Member in 2008 and Senior IEEE Member in 2019. C. Ravariu has memberships within: Electron Devices Society, where he is the current Chairman of the Romanian IEEE society.

Florina Ravariu has engineering background, but from 2006 she paints and deals with bijoux art.
She studied Graphics with Prof. Nicolae Alexi, and Painting with Horea Cucerzan, between 2006-2019. Since 2014 she becames a member of the Association of Plastics Artists from Bucharest (AAPB).
She activated on Breslo site for 2 years, when she launced the main Jewerly Products.
She exhibited her own original paintings and drawings with individual or collective Forum.
In Aug 2019 she participated at the International Painting Camp at Inochentie Micu Klein at Blaj, Romania.​
In June 2017, with “Temeiuri” association she participated at Palace of Parliament Hall Constantin Brancusi (the largest Hall of Art from Romania) with “Crucea de Topaz” oil on canvas.
In August 2017 she participated at another collective exhibition of AAPB at Palace of Parliament Hall Constantin Brancusi with 3 Drawings white on black paper (2 from 3 drawings were sold).​
In 2015 She participated with an entire Jewerly collections at a fashion shows from Tirgu Mures, Romania, as luxury jewerlies.​
In 2015 she had an exhibition at National Museum of Geology about Gemstones in Painting and Painting of Gemestones with more than 10 art works.
In Dec. 2019 she presented one of the most succesful individual exhibition at National Military Center from the borne 0 of Bucharest, with Painting, Drawing, Jewerly.
